Our 2021 volunteer team of 40 dedicated individuals demonstrated exceptional commitment during an unprecedented year of challenges. This brave team adapted quickly to virtual service delivery models while maintaining strong community connections and support systems.

The 2021 team showed remarkable resilience and creativity, developing innovative ways to meet critical community needs during ongoing restrictions. They strengthened our digital communication capabilities, remote service delivery options, and emergency response systems.

The emergency response team coordinated distribution of essential supplies to over 300 families, including food, hygiene items, and emergency assistance. They established a community hotline for urgent needs and created a rapid response system for families in crisis.
